How do I collect my samples?
You will receive video instructions with walk through each laboratory kit with details instruction on how to prepare for the collection
LifeGuard testing does not require laboratory appointment and can be done in the comfort of your home. Some of the tests in LifeGuard Plus (Nutreval and Elisa ACT) does require laboratory appointment for a draw and preparation. GI effects is a home based test.
